A fine agosto avevo iniziato a presentarvi su Instagram e a caricare sul mio negozio Etsy la mia capsule collection Santorini. Si tratta di una mini collezione di bijoux artigianali che ho creato ispirandomi a quella bellissima isola greca che ho visitato due anni fa e ad un tipo di perline particolari, le perle in pietra lavica. Santorini è un’isola vulcanica e questo tipo di perla la rappresenta in pieno, tant’è che avevo acquistato alcune di queste perline proprio in un negozietto dell’isola. La mia intenzione era quella di far uscire la collezione a fine estate, ma purtroppo quando mi si è rotto il computer ho dovuto rinunciare ai miei piani. Tuttavia, anche se riconosco che è una collezione dal sapore estivo, ho deciso di caricare ugualmente tutti i bijoux sul mio negozio Etsy, dato che si tratta una collezione fatta da soli pezzi unici che probabilmente non sarò in grado di riprodurre e che poteva essere una bella idea per voi per fare un regalo ad una persona cara con l’arrivo delle feste. At the end of August I started showing you on Instagram my capsule collection Santorini. It’s a mini-collection of handmade bijoux which I created inspired by this beautiful Greek island which I visited two years ago and also by a peculiar type of beads, which are the lava stone beads. Santorini is a volcanic island so it’s easy to find this type of beads there. I wanted to show this collection with you at the end of the summer, but, as you know, my computer broke and I had to change my plans. However, even if it’s a quite summerly collection, I decided to upload this creations on my Etsy shop, above all because it’s a capsule collection made of one-of-a-kind only so it could be a beautiful idea for a Christmas gift.
