Dove fare il brunch domenicale a Torino / Where to have your brunch in Turin.

Era da tantissimo tempo che io e Andrea volevamo fare un brunch in pieno stile americano e finalmente qualche domenica fa si è presentata l’occasione prima di andare al lavoro. Siamo stati da Miss Cake, un locale carinissimo nel vivo del quartiere di San Salvario a Torino. Il locale è piccolo ma carino e accogliente, il personale gentilissimo. Il prezzo del brunch è abbastanza alto ma considerando che si può mangiare davvero fino a scoppiare e si mangia di tutto secondo me è accettabile. Ma veniamo al pezzo forte… il cibo! Tanto per cominciare è presentato benissimo sul buffet dal quale ci si può servire liberamente. C’è un buffet per i dolci e uno per i piatti salati e ci sono davvero tantissime opzioni che soddisfano tutti i gusti. Da apprezzare è che il cibo è molto salutare, anche quello che solitamente non lo è, ad esempio la pancetta da mangiare con le uova (entrambe buonissime) non è fritta. Ci sono poi diverse insalate e frutta fresca ma anche piatti golosissimi come pancakes e una squisita torta al cioccolato.
Sapevo che sarebbe stata una mattina tranquilla, in un locale molto alla mano, all’insegna del buon cibo e del relax e quindi ho scelto un outfit molto casual che ho personalizzato con una delle mie collane. Ho scattato le foto di Torino dal Monte dei Cappuccini, un posto che vi consiglio assolutamente di visitare, magari dopo un buon brunch, se siete a Torino perchè la vista è stupenda.

It’s been a long time since Andrea and me wanted to have a brunch in a perfect American style and finally some time ago on Sunday we had the chance to have it before going to work. We had our brunch at Miss Cake, a very nice place in the very centre of ​​San Salvario district in Turin. The place is small but cute and welcoming, the staff very polite. The price of the brunch is quite high but considering that you can really eat until your totally full and that you can eat everything it is acceptable. But let’s get to the important piece … the food! Firstly, it is presented very well on the buffet from which you can serve freely. There is a buffet for desserts and one for salty dishes and there are really many options to suit all tastes. It’s appreciable that the food is very salutary, even what usually is not, for example the bacon with the eggs (both very good) is not fried. There are several salads and fresh fruit but also delicious dishes such as pancakes and exquisite chocolate cake.
I knew it would be a quiet morning, in a very handy place, with good food and relax so I chose a very casual outfit which I customized with one of my necklaces. I took these photos of Turin from the Monte dei Cappuccini, a place you should definitely visit, maybe after a good brunch, if you are in Turin because the view is gorgeous.
