Oggi vi voglio parlare di quello che è in assoluto il mio posto preferito per la mia pausa pranzo a Torino: Verdi d’Indivia. Premessa: io non sono assolutamente vegetariana, anzi, sono decisamente carnivora, amo follemente la carne. Tuttavia mi piace assaggiare ogni tipo di cucina così quando ho voluto provare la cucina vegana e vegetariana ho trovato questo posto e mi sono subito innamorata. A luglio ho iniziato il mio stage universitario in Via Po e ho passato le mie pause pranzo lì essendo molto vicino, in Via Barbaroux 5, vicino a Piazza Castello. Il locale è arredato benissimo, perfettamente in tema con il tipo di cucina che fanno. Ogni giorno c’è un menù diverso con scelta tra antipasti, primi, secondi e dolci. Il servizio è velocissimo e molto cordiale, rispetta perfettamente i tempi rapidi che la pausa pranzo esige. Il cibo è ottimo, ormai ho assaggiato di tutto e non sono mai rimasta delusa. Non potete non assaggiare i bocconcini di soia speziati e i dolci soprattutto i muffin e la torta al cioccolato, la più buona che io abbia mai assaggiato, dico davvero. Io prendo sempre il piatto tris che con la bottiglietta d’acqua costa 7€, un prezzo giusto per quello che si mangia secondo me. Che dire di più? Io ve lo stra consiglio! 🙂

Today I want to talk about what is by far my favorite place for my lunch break in Turin: Verdi d’Indivia. Foreword: I am definitely not a vegetarian, indeed, are decidedly carnivorous, I madly love meat. However, I like to taste all kinds of food so when I wanted to try the vegan and vegetarian cuisine I found this place and I immediately fell in love with it. In July I started my college internship in Via Po and I spent my lunch breaks there as it’s very close, in Via Barbaroux 5, near Piazza Castello. The restaurant is very pretty, perfectly in style with the type of food they do. Every day there is a daily menu with a different choice of appetizers, main courses and desserts. The service is fast and very friendly, perfect for the rapid demands that the lunch break requere. The food is great, now I have tasted almost everything and I have never been disappointed. You also have to try the desserts especially the muffins and chocolate cake, the most delicious I have ever tasted. I always take the trio dish that with water costs € 7, a fair price for what you eat in my opinion. What more? I suggest to you to go there if you’re in Turin! 🙂
